Yes, it’s out. Do a google search for “Using the Google Plugin for Eclipse”. You should find an official page with instructions on downloading it through Eclipse.

Is the plugin out yet? My google search did not deliver any results. The GWT pages still suggest to use the command line tools which surely is good enough too. However, I am curious whether the plugin is released for testing.
