Google is good, but i have found a site,eZdia, which improves on Google by bringing experts and explorers at one place while searching. Thus helps you to take the experts advice on what you are searching. You may like to have a look at ezdia.

Hi Google, it seems these abilities have been removed (at least for me here in the UK).

They were really useful and it’s be good if you could put them back please.

All the best!

also you can google the o3b project Google is supporting, to offer high-speed internet for remote areas around the world that are too poor to build the infrastructure needed. bringing the internet to them using satellites. their lives get improved and Google gets a wider audience.
I guess is going to have to fight ISP if it offers it for free.

drcanoro November 23rd, 2009

it also improves the earnings of webmasters by letting them get some extra money by having the Google ads on their pages, at the same time gaining a wider audience to their clients and get more promoted on the web.

Google will always offer top quality to the users for free.

drcanoro November 23rd, 2009

the relationship between Google and the users is a win-win thing.
a search engine is probably the website you’re gonna visit more often. the more users comes to Google, the wider audience Google clients are going to have. so it needs to attract more people to the internet creating useful tools that improve their lives offering top quality for free. it also ensures the user gets top quality websites on the results and the ads by applying a fine if the clients offer low quality.

This video outlines some really useful new features for web surfers. It also offers opportuities which wise internet marketers will learn to use to benefit their clients.

Coffeemate1949 November 23rd, 2009

I see a lot of negative comments from (poor) internet marketers. It’s about time they learnt that Google is correctly focussed on the web user’s need not theirs.

The same thing is true for Google’s ranking system for those ’sponsored links’: People click those links because they’ve learnt to trust Google’s controls over them. As for the gripes about Google earning money from those adverts: How do they think the Google funds all of those wonderfull tools like Analytics and Websitre Optimiser.

Google is just awesome!
World has changed a lot because of Google!

Hegemonies is bringing up an important point here that never occurred to me before: the strong attraction that the common critique of google’s market position and policies exerts on people who subscribe to anti-semitic conspiracy theories. A textbook example, really!

Many thanks for the clear and unmistakable statements.

What it really comes down to here, is fresh content. This has been the case for a few years now. There is not much difference for the SEO’ers that are already doing this.

Gone are the days of creating a website and letting it sit stale, and still getting visits.

Stale websites might get about 10-40 visits per month. Today, websites that updated regularly is where the traffic ends up.

Lavinco November 23rd, 2009

Why is it okay for Google to steal content, like reviews, from other websites and put it on theirs, but anyone else gets penalized of banned for duplicate content.

I think Google is getting away with too much by stealing content from so many websites and making it their own. Like books, reviews, news, and local results.

This causes people to not leave the search results. The Google search engine is morphing to the Walmart of information online; hurting those that put real effort into sites.

if you hate them then why do them they are obviously fake.

Wonder Wheel FTW! Timeline is pretty flawed. For instance, when you search for e-business the timeline dates all the way back to 1900 :-P
